Audio Crafters Inc (ACI),  feels that ongoing training & certification is key in providing the ultimate experience in Electronics Systems Technologies. ACI is committed to ongoing education and training programs from manufacturers, suppliers and trade organizations. Many vendors supply us with on-site or local training, while others offer at-their-facility training. You can find us in attendance at all relevant trade shows.

Insurance

ACI is legitimately insured,with high thresholds in Liability, Workers Comp, and Auto. We maintain high thresholds for the demanding commercial contracts we undertake and therefore maintain more than necessary insurance levels. Certificates of Insurance upon request.

Latest Technology

In addition to maintaing the highest standards for training ACI constantly tests, purchases, trials and utilizes the latest tools, testers & technologies. This allows for minimal damage to walls and property, more efficiency and lower pass through costs for less labor fees. From wire running tools to in wall cameras, ACI deploys the latest technology while installing the coolest technologies.

Experience

ACI will deploy Senior Technicians (those with 5+ yr minimum industry experience and/or education) along with Jr Technicians (those with 2+ yrs or less) and Helpers.

ACI assesses each job or project and a Senior Tech will likely always be on hand, with the exception of minor task days (basic service calls, vanity days & clean up days on projects).

All persons pass thorough background & substance tests.
